Riding a bike around Rosario City
An original way to know Rosario is by bicycle. Live on two wheels the most emblematic buildings of the city, monuments, neighborhoods, parks, stadiums, and the famous promenade of the river Paraná.
The bike tour begins at the Monument to the Flag in direction to the Rosario-Victoria Bridge along the coast of the Paraná River.
The ride goes along the picturesque area of ’El Bajo’ and crosses a tunnel 500 meters long, which formerly used the railway as an access to the port of Rosario. We reach the ’Parque de las Colectividades’ passing by the colorful ’Silos Davis’, now a Museum of Modern Art, and enter the ’Sunchales Park’. The ride continues along a waterfront avenue bordering the World Championship stadium of Rosario Central.
In North Riverside Promenade we go along the Alem park, river clubs, and the ’Rambla Catalunya’ which hosts bars, restaurants and sandy beaches. We pass through the most famous beaches ’Caracolas’ and ’La Florida’ to arrive finally to "Costa Alta", a bridge 700 meters above the riverbank. The tour ends on a fishing pier and dock with a spectacular view of the river and the city.
